As the title states, what are your top 3 teams who you feel have improved themselves the most, either nhl roster and/or prospect roster, in being able to build up there current rosters.
You can't include your own team so ill start:
1)Ottawa
2)NY Rangers
3)San Jose

1.) NY Rangers-it's hard to improve by farther best team in the east at least  but he somehow did it. Love the defense and the forwards 2.)Sharks- wow nice forwards 3.)Wild - makes me jealous of Nash and Richards |

I consider both pro and prospect roster for most improved:
1)Pittsburgh - well done. Huberdeau, Schwartz, Tarasenko. Need I say more. Will win the East.
2)San Jose - Best 6 D in the league. And Versteeg is playing 3rd line WTF
3)Minnesota - Not the flashiest of teams but you started with small assets and built you team to contention. Well done.

I would have to say the 3 teams I feel improved the most are in no particular order:
Pens for bringing all that young talent and keeping the core group.
Nashville for keeping it simple and bringing in Getzlaf to a team that he would be a perfect fit for.
Leafs for bringing in Lucic and Brown.
Me cuz look at my starting line-up. My top 6 forwards are elites and my top 6 D is the best in the league IMO. If my goalies have good years and both start on teams that finish top 4 in conference this is my year to lose.

Briere - Pavelski - Selanne
Cooke - Shaw - Brouwer
