Please note that until your 40 man roster has been finalized and submitted to the league office for review any real life contract signings or trades that impact a teams available roster players must be taken into consideration when finalizing your roster.
Please note that no team can complete a trade until their 40 man roster has been submitted to the league office for review.
If a real life trade for example the Vokoun to Penguins trade is completed before the teams in this leagues rosters are finalized the traded players become available to that teams GM when creating their teams 40 man roster.
Using the example above say the Capitals had finalized their roster and submitted it to the league with Vokoun on the roster before that trade was completed in real life they would retain the rights of Vokoun.
Please note draft picks in this league are not subject to being traded in real life.

Just need to declare that your roster is official and one of our commisioners will copy and paste your roster to the official roster thread. Then you're able to start trading
I had a look and yours and you would need to cut down to max 20 on the regular roster and max 20 on the prospect roster. The players you cut will become free agents. Should have a player on one list or the other but not both.

Thank you.
Is there a maximum # of forwards, d, and goalies you are allowed to have on the pro roster?

My guess is it must look like:
12 forwards 6 defensemen 2 goalies
right?
Question - who can be considered a prospect?

Yes the setup is as follows
10 Forwards (Any Forward Position) 2 Utility Players (Not goalies) 6 Defensemen 2 Goalies 5 Injury Reserve
Note: There is no bench so ideally you want to fill all the spots.
To qualify as a prospect a player must have played no more than 50 NHL games. Once the player reaches 50 they can stay on the list during the existing season but must be called up before the next season
See rule 2 and 5 for more detail
